I am over 18- general food preparation and cooking duties
- general cleaning and keeping your section clean and tidy throughout service
- general prep, stock management and rotacion for your section, before, during and after service
- monitor and communicate stock-levels and prep lists to supervisors and prep chefs
- setting up, packing down and cleaning the kitchen
- preparing staff meal at the end of shift
- follow food safety guidelines, monitor ingredient quality, and adhere to hygiene standards
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
